Developed while interning for ArchiLOGIX, this project consists of 24 one/two-bedroom apartments housed above ground level office space to be eventually occupied by the firm itself. The project’s location in a historic part of the city of Santa Rosa meant for close collaboration with the city to guide the project through the city’s rigorous standards.

The project attempts to address the desperate need for housing and live-work conditions in downtown Santa Rosa, which are currently quite sparse.
