Tasked with developing housing in the Central City neighborhood of New Orleans along the recently revitalized Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard, this mixed-use project considers all zoning standards and code pertaining to the district while creating a community centered around healthy living.

The project consists of two components: a 7-story residential tower offset from the street to reduce its presence, and a 3-story mixed use building occupying the perimeter. The two pieces are connected by a series of sky bridges leading to the individual units allowing natural light to permeate the building from multiple angles. The corner is highlighted by the placement of a sculptural rock-climbing wall to accentuate the project and serve as a market differentiator.
